About the role

We are looking for motivated, curious, and communicative individuals to join our Business Development team. You will support the team in finding leads, building relationships, and turning conversations into opportunities. This is a hands-on role where you will learn how a software agency wins and grows client work.

What you will bring

Fresh graduate, or a student in the final semester, of BBA, Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong research and communication skills
Basic understanding of the IT/software industry is a plus
Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work with deadlines
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team
